Do It Online

The practice is currently experiencing high clinical demand. Our phone lines are very busy, please bear with us and we will answer as soon as possible.

We would ask any patients with minor ailments to consider alternative options, such as self-help with advice from the NHS website or by visiting a pharmacy.

If you need a face to face appointment please telephone the practice. We have capped the amount of E-consults per day for the foreseeable future due to the demand for appointments. Thank you, The Hadleigh Practice.

Consult online

eConsult is an online consultation service we are providing, which will allow you to email and consult with a GP as well as being able to seek self-help advice and be signposted to other health services. This eConsult service is available from 6.30am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Please be aware that any photos you upload will be added to your clinical record and used for your clinical care, they may be seen by male or female practice staff, and they should not be of an intimate area even if these are the problem area.
