Patient Participation Group
The Department of Health are offering to help GP practices with having pharmacists working within GP surgeries, not just along side them. The Hadleigh Practice is applying for this scheme. Any positive feedback we put forwards to the DoH from our patients would be greatly appreciated. Please address any correspondence to Dr. Ghazawy.
We are developing a group to help improve our services. Would you like to be involved?
It will take about half an hour of your time 2 or 3 times a year. There are no meetings, just contact via email or mail.
