Welcome to The Hadleigh Practice
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
We are working to improve access to appointments for our patients, in particular at evenings & weekends. If you would like to be offered one of these appointments please ask. These appointments may be at a different site such as Poole General Hospital
Notice to patients of Dr Hadley
We are sad to inform you that Dr Hadley will be retiring from the Practice on 29th June 2018.
She will be greatly missed by all the Hadleigh Practice team.
Dr Hadley has this message for her patients:
After 28 years of working at the Hadleigh Practice unfortunately the time has come for me to leave. This has not been an easy decision for me. I have very much enjoyed working at the Hadleigh Practice even though it has been a very busy and often hectic job, I have also been fortunate to work with very good supportive colleagues and staff, and looking after you has been a privilege.
I am now looking forward to new challenges and spending more time looking after myself! I am leaving the practice in good hands with a great team now in place to look after you all into the future.
I am seriously going to miss being Dr Hadley of the Hadleigh Practice.
We are sure you would like to join us in wishing Dr Hadley all the very best for the future. A message book has been placed in reception at Hadleigh House for those patients wishing to pass on any farewell messages her.
We will be welcoming Dr Alice Martin to the team at Hadleigh House, who will take over the care of Dr Hadley’s patients.
